Geez, I was lame. Before one of my SVRy friends corrects me, Mike Welter was not the engineer on the last run. The engineer was Chris Karp. Mike Welter did continue with SVRy for many years and was still around per Casey Carlson's interviews with Elvin Endicott a former OLC engineer when the 250 & 251 were running.
