A few more questions for you. What is the town using their property on Terrace for presently and what is the structure on this property used for? What is the total lot size of the town parcel and does it extend from the street to the same lot line backing up to the RR property line? (the other parcel is .284 +/- acres BTW).

I think you said that there were meetings to solicit input from the town on the proposed visitors center. What were the specific arguments pro and con on the various sites and was the site next to NG Gifts or buying the NG Gifts building options considered? Does the NG gifts building have a basement and do you know what this building, including land, cost?
