Re: NG Gift shop locations for RVC

In looking at the attached view of Chama taken by Carlos Lamas from a balloon last year I am curious if the highlighted area was considered for the RR Visitors Center (Note to Roger, is this 2 parcels I have outlined and which portion is the real estate listing you posted?). Further what if the Narrow Gauge Gift Shop was to be given an offer he couldn’t refu$e and this existing building (with additional parking) was remodeled for the Visitors center? I would love if Roger could give us a photo from the 2nd floor balcony on the rear to see what the yard looks like from this vantage point. Either building a new building here or remodeling the NG Gift Shop would put visitor’s right in the center of town where you want them, close to the depot and avoids impacting the historic fabric of the North yard.
