This document should be delivered personally to Joe Bell and Ed Nichols, the FRA's Lakewood office, the Denver Post, the Rocky Mountain News and the TV stations by the author.
I have been in transportation for 40 years including teaching short line opoerations at the University of Wisconsin and I graduated the BNSF engineer school in 2003 so I know from where I speak. This could lead to significant change but only if this information is distributed as widely as possible.
I just finished a lenghty article on the Loop for a newspaper but I could not get anyone to speak on the record about this type of incident so this information stays in a closed circle were none of us, myself included, can do anything about it.
