True; but the TSRR has a steamer still in pieces (new boiler not yet installed); another down needing work, and lots of deferred maintenance on the rolling stock and right of way. The money could be used to catch up on all that maintenance work, and give a prospective owner a chance to make a profit on the operation, rather than running it into the ground.
