I'm sure of it. Check out the URL. The lumber spurs in the Tres Piedras area all took off to the west, not the east. And this one is perhaps 10 mi. north of Tres Piedras.
The elevation here is almost 9000', and it's downhill both directions. Makes me wonder if at one time they may have considered using helpers, or maybe actually did it. Another alternative would be for turning snowplows.
