Read Steve's post.
"I personally operated and maintained the locomotive for 16 months (prior to OM&D) of operation in Mount Dora, it ran every weekend and made every scheduled trip and was never down for repairs while under my stewardship."
I think it's pretty clear from tne above statement that the problem happened after OM&D took over and that Steve was not the engineer when the hot box occurred. I think he is stating what did occur is based on his knowledge of the people and events involved.
Unlike some, he signs his posts with his real name and I put more credence in what he has to say as a result. Basing your idea of what happened on the representations in a lawsuit is ludicrous! Lawsuits, by their nature, are completely one sided and designed to make one side look good and the other bad.
Stick around Steve, most of the folks on this site are reasonable people!
