I certainly hope that the Rio Grand Pacific people have better luck getting paid by the Ed Ellis "thanks for the use of the equipment but the checks' not in the mail" brigade than some folks I know in Florida and the Northeast did. From everything I have heard, he is in the opinion of many industry insiders one of the shadiest railroaders in the country.
