Oh Man, John.
You nailed it pretty well.
I haven't heard any recent rumblings of evicting the Denver O Scale Club
from the basement. That has come up several times over the years. I'm afraid
one of these times, they are going to really get serious about a
redevelopment in that area and it will be just as you say.
