Coach color was a big deal with Bernd because he wanted it "prototypical". Apparently in his mind blue was the way it used to be. I think the new color is yellow. But they also had some narrower coaches in a sort of boxcar red, as in your picture (see my original post way back for an example). There used to be two lumber companies, and the Holz company bought out the other one, and apparently there was some kind of equipment "merger" which might explain the variety in equipment. The engine in your picture looks far better maintained than anything Holz runs now, including what look like gas headlamps (one of the current swiss engines has gas headlamps). The difference in conditon may reflect the impact of privatization and the glories of capitalism. I couldn't care less, since it's steam in real revenue service so anything they do is prototypical as far as I'm concerned.
