Liveley's picture of #4 at Cumbres was supposedly taken around the time Thomas Orr was setting up McPhee for his father. In all of Robert Orr's snapshots of the early 30s and the ones taken by a professional to help advertise the mill in 1935,I don't remember ever seeing a Cooke loco. Best source would probably be to contact Gordon Chappell who's done a ton more of research for Logging Along The Rio Grande II.
