268, 278, 223 boils down to $$$$$$$

I think it ultimately boils down to money and time to get the loco restored. Those engines mentioned couldn't be worse off than the RGS #20 which is now slated for a rebuild-didn't I hear that you could actully poke a stick or something similar through the boiler on the #20? It would be great to see these engines restored. Who wouldn't want to ride a short excursion up to Morrow point dam behing the 278? It could be offered year round and would probably make a lot of $$$.
