Third clue
Bolster plate bolts can be seen on the outer sill. They should be a little more than 8 inches from center to center.
Fourth clue
The center of the bolter to the end of the car appears to around 3 plus feet. Very short. On every other narrow gauge freight car that I can think of other than a Billmeyer & Smalls car it would be at least 4 or more feet
