Knowing the insides and out of d&rgw cars, that looks like it could be no other, but not sure of the end beams on that era...could be a dead give away. Plus, were the windows added after the car was abandoned, or before. Some of the old 24ft box cars were converted to MOW cars. This could be such.
I guess in all these ramblings, I still havent answered the question, but it does look like it to me. May have to check this out when I go next week.
