I haven't heard anything about it on Trainorders or other places, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. I shot stuff there the last year they ran(1997). Neat railroad!
Maybe someone should contact the PR department of UP and ask them. Is John Bromley still the main guy there, or has he retired....
