There was a good article in a recent Narrow Gauge Gazette about this. The July/August and Sept./Oct. issues from 1997 cover the entire terminal and includes pictures of the rotary dump.
PS. If you are building a model of this to be used be sure to include spliced side stakes on your gons. This dump was also breaking them.
