Dave,
I see the picture you are referring to. I'll scan and send it to Bill.
I believe it does show the edge of the tank lined with closely spaced rivets behind the raised sides and rear, it shows the drain holes, and it faintly shows a line of rivets side to side, placed and spaced very much as is on my PSC model. The model does not include the close spaced rivets lining the edge of the tank.
That is the only picture I have found that shows the top of the tender tank with any detail. Good catch!
