IMHO, since the #111 is not a Colorado native, it should be lettered for the GTL. On the other hand, the smoke box & tender configuration of the #3074 have been greatly altered from the C&NW days, and the loco is essentually in it's C&S appearence, it should be lettered as a C&S engine.
