yes it is a lot of work to do in just 2 months time, but considering who it is we are talking about here it is not surpriseing that pissant , minor details like maintanence, boiler work, track work, training, recertification and new hire orientation are things being put off.
I honestly don't see that as being a problem for them.
Heck, I'm sure that you GLRR, Inc. guys could have easily completedly all that work in 2 months yourself, provided you were only working on 1/3rd of the GLRR, Inc's locomotive fleet and only some of the GLRR, Inc's cars...
