What about the Weather?

All this may make no difference, what so ever. I heard a report yesterday that Santa Fe is having the driest winter since 1890. Chama isn't that far, so I'm assuming the same is basically true up there.
So if this weather pattern continues, the trains won't run anyway, due to fire hazzard. I suppose there is even a possibility that water tanks could start to dry up.
Do any locals have different info?
