Another thing to consider would be to see if a better price might be obtained by adding additional steps to the order.
I know for sure #04990 needs steps, maybe there are others that do too. I'd be willing to kick in the cost for the 04990's steps if this can be worked out.
That would bring the total number to 16, which brings the each cost down somewhat.
