Am I getting this distinction correct, that if your train is issued a track warrant or form D, then you are absolutely the only train authorized to be between the specified limits and within the time frame stated in the track warrant where as with the train order system, the dispatcher may have multiple trains operating on the same piece of track. This I presume would include trains going in the same direction with a safe number of minutes between them as well as opposing trains with meets prescheduled at passing sidings?
