Dear Frank,
I believe the C&TS advertising budget was more than a Quarter Million Dollars this season. I didn't see much of anything. As a poodle, maybe I wasn't looking above people's knees and missed it all. How about you?
I believe what's needed is not more dollars, supplemented by a shotgun scatter of ads from a squad of independent philanthropists. What's needed is a plan and a leader.
