One slight comment. The roof leaks so badly on the smithsonial that they are openly soliciting money from private sources. LIke me, lots of luck. You are all right in what you say but what positive are you doing about it? Did you contact the railroad and volenteer to run an add in your local newspaper for them? Only usually costs $300 to $500. See we are depending upon the RR too much. They have enough on their plate just to keep it running. What is the Chama Add Budget? What arae the merchents add budgets. What are the STATES add budgets. Think out of the box!!!!!!!!!!!! Way out. Look at the Chama welcome sign on rt 17 just before the crossing, man is it sad, and it is the only one. OOps I said too much all ready.
