I didn't mean to imply that 30's appliances were going to 9; my understanding was that the dilemma was more digging up appliances for 9. I was also under the impression that appliances were a much less serious problem than the boiler/frame issues.
Even if 30 doesn't end up running, my understanding is that money is still set aside for cosmetic work so if nothing else it will get put back together nice and shiny, and returned to Boulder.
