I was perusing the DPL image library and came across this rather unusual double header. It reportedly consists of #482 and #485 heading downgrade eastbound from Cumbres. I thought double headers downgrade were against the rules, and besides, they'll have to cut #482 off at Cascade Trestle anyway, so why bother? I suppose it's possible that 485 had some sort of mechanical problem and couldn't lead the train itself, but still.
