It is definitely not Bennett. I believe is was a brand new loop constructed at Fraser in anticipation of increasing the number of Fraser turns they run in connection with busing passengers one way to or from the cruise ships. And it probably doesn't show up in my May 2000 timetable because it may not have been completed when the tt. went to press. But that is all conjecture on my part. John Bush reads some of this stuff and can probably provide the authoritative answer.
