I have the D&S's operational diesels as follows:
1 - 44 ton GE, acquired from Arkansas Limestone Railroad, built 1957
2 - 50 ton GE, acquired from EBT, serial #30857 built 2/1951 for Algoma Steel, Sault Ste. Marie as Algoma #1, 300hp
4 - 50 ton GE, acquired from EBT, serial #32471 built 8/1955 for Algoma Steel as Algoma #4, 300hp
5 - 50 ton GE, acquired from EBT, serial #33857 built 5/1960 for Algoma Steel as Algoma #5, 300hp
2,4,5 are of the "45 ton" body style, but were ballasted at 50 tons initially, increased to 55 tons in 1970
7 - 87.5 ton GE, aquired from Algoma Steel, built 8/1975 for same, serial #39003
