You should look over the participants of the CA State Museum's Railfair 1999. There were several folks that might want to come.
Randy Hees and the Soceity for the Preservation of Carter Brothers Resources recently restored a combine. I rode behind it as E&P 4 was on the front end. The pair made a great show.
Keep on dreaming! That's where all great projects get started.
