Hi, Les,
Take a look at the website of the Colorado Historic Railroad Preservation Association (link below).
Available there is the original Request for Proposal from the Society, the response from Railstar, the letter from Mark Greksa stating the Georgetown Loop Railroad, Inc. was willing to re-enter negotiations with the Society to continue Loop operations, and much, much more.
