Derail and blue flags

My apologies if I'm repeating the obvious, but a derail is a good idea because the mostly likely scenario needing it is when just gravity is moving the car, without help from either the Friends or a railroad crew. And don't forget to work with Marvin to make sure blue flags are used where appropriate, because that is something a visiting FRA inspector might pick up on.
