CRF Scoop

I've just got to know in response to a post on another discussion forum if any of the following is true:
CRF = Car Repair facility
A boondoggle of the first water. Has no lights, no heat, a dirt floor, and ugly as home-made sin. The Friends yanked around $80K from the "Another Century of NG Steam" fund to build it.
The latest is that since it sits higher than the railroad yard, anything that gets loose could wind up on the main. Best put in a derail...
Carlos, Edgar and others could give the straight scoop on this I am sure. I'll bet that those who planned the facility did everything correctly and anticipated.
From the shops web site it appears that the trackage is being installed properly and it seems to be looking good.
