Thanks for that information. That is one of the most informative posts that I have ever seen. I think that there were a lot of us worrying about how this would effect next season. But the money could not be used for the start of next year anyway. However it sure looks important that that money is there in 2001 for the 2002 season.
Now what about other capital improvement projects? Will we again be needing matching funds for a continuation of the EDA track grants?
