Thanks to you and Tim for the info. I think I might have figured out what the other two possibilities were for the ex-gons, but, as usual, all that's at home, although school's over in two weeks. That car with the big chunk of metal on the underframe sure confuses me. Is it there for support, or what? I can't remember now if flat 9480, which appears to have the weed sprayer on it in 1970 had something like that on the underside. If one of you guys could put up a picture of the car, I'd be curious to see what the experts here know or theorize.
