Clarification....

At the time Erick got the B-7's basic dimensions, the D&S had no drawings of their own. The museum's "manager" at the time held the graciously held the other end of Erick's tape when needed, so we have already benefitted from them to the greatest extent possible (at the time).
Remember, my offer is not to provide complete drawings for the car, just to provide basic dimensional information that will make it possible for someone to build it in miniature with a better degree of accuracy than is currently available. To "document" the car with complete drawings would require a lot more information than I have today.
As to getting any of the importers to make public any of their drawings, this would be most improbable. They are very tightly controlled, and very expensive to produce. While our interest is historical, theirs is business.
