The Kilohana operation (by technicality, I believe it will be called the Kauai-Kilohana Railway, or Kauai Plantation Railway) is located at the Kilohana Plantation near Lihue on Kauai. It is a project in the works and has not yet been built.
I know others here know more about it who will probably chime in. The motive power will be provided by two ex-Hawaiian-Phillipine locomotives (0-6-2Ts, with added tenders, and I believe removal of the rear trucks?), as well as a small internal combustion locomotive whose manufacture escapes me at the moment which was acquired in part of a trade with the S.P.C.R.R. group at Ardenwood Historic Farm near Fremont, CA. Was previously used to construct the 3' line at the Great America amusement park in Santa Clara. Restoration of the pair of Baldwins are in the hands of Brook Rother, who was also responsible for the rebuild of Hawaii Railway #5 a few (well, half-dozen now) years ago.
