Uh, gentlemen, my jab was aimed at one person who has repeatedly maligned those of us who do model. I do On3, thank you.
He was, or is of the opinion that spending money on modeling was a waste of financial resources that could be better spent on preservation. I choose to disagree with that way of thinking. I'm also involved with railroad preservation, so I understand the limitations of small budgets and limited manpower.
As for the folks at Laws, they're doing a fantastic job preserving the C&C/SP.
It is a bit demoralizing to have someone on the outside tell you that it should be rebuilt "bigger and better."
