Give a boob enough rope to hang himself with, he'll surely do it. In this case, the "boob" is the local CHS regime, and the curtain will soon rise to reveal what we all saw coming before the CHS actually put out for bids. Anyone who did not see this "train wreck" coming was blind, foolish, or both. But who am I preaching to, the choir? They made their bed, ... let them sleep in it.
