Possibly the same reason they do not want the Georgetown Loop to run all the way to Georgetown? They do NOT like the smoke, noise, whistle . . . the same things that we WANT to see, hear, smell, experience . . . not everyone is a railroad fan. In Creede, sone will have to forfeit land they appropriated for themselves.
