Don Shank has purchased that locomotive, not the people in Creede.
I know it sounds all too famaliar to other another drama floating about, but Creede does not want an operational train in their town. They'd spend all their money to not have a locomotive rather than buying one.
Don has big plans that could be made public sometime this summer.
