I thnk that this was more than just a little screw up. While I think that more than one person should be held accountable, Heads should not roll. We are all prone to have major screw ups from time to time. This looks like it was one of them.
While this type of screw up makes me stop and think, it is not going to stop me from riding anytime in the future.
Let the chips fall where they may and lets put this behind us.
