The locomotive is indeed a GE 70 tonner, ex City of Colorado Springs. It is one of 2 GE 70 tonners bought by the Sumpter Valley Railroad from Omnitrax in Loveland. Omnitrax wanted the locomotives gone by tomorrow, so they are being stored for a bit at the Boulder County Railway Historical Society site in Boulder.
