West Side Lumber Co.

Kevin,
While they had the same sized couplers (3/4 Size) the Locomotives on the West Side Lumber Co. in California had Extended Knuckles. Knuckles whose faces where longer on both the top and bottom. Since the West Side and Rolling stock from many different sources they had different coupler heights, and since The WSL Co. did not interchange their equipment, they didn't have to comply with Federal Height Requirements. This was their solution instead of changing the coupler into a higher or lower pocket in the woods.
Not quite what your were looking for but fun none the less.
