Supposedly Pruett Publishing had a fire several years back and lost everything. Even without the galleys one would think a new SSJ could be put together much like the Rocky Mountain Railroad Club issued a 2nd edition of the epic "DCenver South Park and Pacific" in 1976 with no printing plates. I think they could only missed 3 pictures and those were replaced with similar versions.
