Actually, I believe that the DSP&P used Mason Bogies rather than Forneys. They look similar but the front drivetrain "pivots" on a "bogie" rather than having a rigid frame like a Forney.
The DSP&P was one of Mason's largest customers of their "Single Farley" type locomotive design.
