Costs involve include:
1. Insurance for the move. Liability insurance is expensive.
2. Paying UP to cut their track, and connect the main line to the temporary track.
3. Paying UP to move the collection over to the new location.
4. Paying UP to reconnect the mainline after the move is complete.
