About the S-160, ill look again on #190's axles, when i wrote the email i had jsut finished a 16 hr day on #190 and #12. Tweetsie has the only known set of 36" USATC 2-8-2 drawings. We have the set from WP&Y i believe. The records for #190 were found in the PA State Archives Museum, Harrisburg, PA. According to BLW #190-#200 were completed in Feb 1943 as Meter Gauge engines. In March 1943, they were converted at BLW for 36" and shipped to WP&Y. You can see where there were modifications made to parts of the engine to regauge it.
