I have been an independent contractor / small business owner for 24 years. What is happening in Clear Creek County, and what will happen in Clear Creek County is up to the movers and shakers IN Clear Creek County. The CHS, and especially those people perpetrating this farce on the local communities would be finding life to be somewhat of an irritation if I found my business to be set up for a good kick in the teeth because of their bullpuckey and political antics. What's up ? Are these business owners as dumb as a box of rocks ? Or are they just asleep at the wheel ? Geez, ... if it were high noon and the CHS was telling me it was going it would be dark in 20 minutes, I think I might be just a tad suspicious and concerned for my livelihood. Yuh think ??? I am thinking someone or group might start putting the hurt to Lee Behrens & Co. like they are about to have the hurt put to them. You watch, ... when this whole place goes to sh-t, Those clowns will retire-out on State of Colorado pensions and never look back. Once again, the people who care will get to eat another sh-t sandwich and the boobs just skate away on the public dime. If I had anything to do with Colorado or Clear Creek County, I'd be raising hell right about NOW! I'm having a real tough time grasping the complacency.
