There's probably big money waiting in the shadows to offer the starving merchants a quick buyout at fire sale prices once everything goes to sh*t economically. Then watch the dozers go to work and within a year or two it'll look like another Vail or Central City, etc.

(Let's hope that this does not become reality and that Railstar is able to successfully deal with the individuals in the CHS that are behind this assinine situation. As for me, I look forward to what the Lindsey-Greskas develop in the future beyond the Royal Gorge operation. In the meantime I'll go to the CRRM to see their stuff. How about it Mark Greska-think you can get something going for daily operation at CRRM for the near future? Be a real shame if you got more riders in Golden than the CHS gets up in Georgetown. And, it would put the museum on the map for sure.)
