Over the weekend at a train show, I picked a book you might be interested in. The title is "Rails to the Rockies" by Gregory LePak (Alpine Publishing LTD. 1976). It is a collection of fine photographs in both standard and narrow gauge. A good portion of the photos are ones I've not seen in other publications. The cream of the crop is a photo of D.S.P. & P. 2-6-0 #30 taken in September of 1882 in front of the newly completed South Park roundhouse in Gunnison CO. Check it out.
